The hotel itself is pretty great and peaceful but the location is a bit far off from everything. If you plan to just escape from crowds, it's a good place to spend time. Unless you come by your own vehicle.
The cafe is under maintenance and the pool is lovely. The receptionist girl is exceptionally good at service and language.
Do not stay here!
We arrived to find no staff at reception.
After parking, we walked towards where we heard some music and found all the staff sat by the pool.
The resort was untidy and very smelly.
We decided to forfeit the nonrefundable room booking and drove back to Chiang Rai to another hotel.
I would like to thank your service and all team members who are working in this hotel. Thank you again for your warm heart and your kindness. I promise i will back again in this heavenly place. Your hotel ?? is amazing.

Chiang Rai Lake Hill Hotel offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, but my experience was mixed. I arrived at 6 PM to find both the restaurant and bar closed, which was disappointing with no nearby dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the natural surroundings were lovely, but limited services in the evening affected the overall experience. It’s a nice spot for relaxation, but better communication about available amenities would improve the stay.
