Wij zijn hier 5 nachten verbleven met onze 1 jarige dochter. Het betreft een fijn hotel net buiten de stadswall van Chiang Mai (dus lekker rustig en geen last van verkeer), maar op loopafstand van old town, supermarkten etc. De kamer was echt top. Wij hadden de Deluxe King Suite, welke erg fijn was om de baby op een andere kamer te kunnen laten slapen. Er is een poolbar met ruim aanbod aan drankjes. De lunchkaart is wat meer beperkt en er wordt geen diner geserveerd. Je kunt er echter wel met Grab je eigen eten laten leveren. Het zwembad is helemaal prima, met voldoende ligplekken. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en doet niet onder voor de luxe grote hotels elders. Wat vooral heel fijn is, is dat er zeer kundig advies gegeven wordt over activiteiten, met routeaanwijzingen en kosten indicatie. Wij zijn fan van dit hotel en zouden zeker opnieuw boeken!

Large beautiful rooms. Really comfortable beds. Lovely staff. The pool really nice although we didn’t really use it. The breakfast is excellent and filling and the staff are lovely and couldn’t do anything more for you. Excellent location, good price and would totally recommend!

Comparing to other places we have stayed in chiang Mai ...this was not the best...however the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very basic but clean, the location was very good but the Internet constantly had to keep being signed back into..this was very annoying. We would not say don't stay at this hotel but there are others that are better.

Just stayed three nights at my chaing mai boutique lodge. We were looking for a hotel with a good location to the walled old city. Rooms were comfortable,clean and very large bed. Staff were super helpful and friendly, we asked many questions Regarding tours and best place for khao soi noodles & cooking classes. Will definitely stay again

Un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel adorable et à l’écoute. Toujours disponibles pour organiser vos activités, excursions ou déplacements en taxi. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. Le service de chambre est impeccable, la piscine est superbe et l’h?tel est situé dans une rue calme! Je recommande !

A fantastic place to stay - after two weeks in Thailand this was our favorite stay. The bed is COMFY - the add a foam pad that makes it awesome (or they can take it off if you want a harder bed). The rooms are large, the staff is friendly, and the pool is great. They do not provide complimentary breakfast, but there are about 9 options you can order for 200 baht. We thought it seemed expensive at first - but it was really large and tasty. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

This little hotel has it all and can do it all. I was a little skeptical because of the pictures....I needed a place to relax after some rigorous meetings, but I didn't want to break the bank AND I wanted to be near the moat area. This place has everything you need and they try to be a "one stop" place. Namta who manages the front desk seems to have boundless energy and she clearly knows how to take care of people. She and her colleagues were exceptional with their can do attitude. They tried to accommodate every specific need. The pool area is much more lush than the pictures show. If you really want the feeling of "getting away from it all" - be sure and book the suite overlooking the pool area, or there are rooms on the 3rd floor that have balconies that overlook the pool area- otherwise, there is not much to see.

The receptionist was by far thr most welcoming and informative one that we have had on our trip. She did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. We had two rooms, one for our teenagers children and our room right next door. The rooms were nice enough, as we were only at the hotel basically to sleep. The pool was not my favorite of our trip with mosquitoes there and in the open reception area. We used the hotel's laundry services and found it very helpful and reasonable. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk along the canals to the more central area of town but we found Grab to be incredibly cheap to get to or from where we were going in the old city. The hotel offered to book tours for us but I had already prebooked with companies online. All in all it was a good stay.

It's a really great bouquet hotel in a fairly central to Chiang Mai "old quarters." Accommodation was excellent, rooms spacious, bed comfortable, water preasure ok. TV in the room, probably no English channel anyway. Holidays are not for watching TV. Breakfast, very healthy and big serving, pool utilised by other guests. Staff were really great, so polite, main ones spoke English. Seem to be most other guests were cashed up backpackers. They arranged a full day tour for me, and I very must appreached it. Definitely would recommend it. Very quiet as it's tucked away from any main roads. Airport not to far away, same as the bus station 3.
