The people who work here are wonderful and helpful. Today as I was leaving, a workman there helped me by taking my walker down two treacherous steps and loading my junk in the rental car.
The two steep steps leading into the unit need a ramp that can be put over the steps for walkers or wheelchairs. This is true for the steps to the pool, as well.
Car parking is behind locked gates and beach access is too. Keys are given to clientele so there is no problem with safety or egress.
This is a great site! The tropical birds are not shy in the morning and their songs can either gently wake you up or soothe you right back to sleep!

Challenges for prospective visitors:
There are probably good reasons for no-cancel and extra person charge policies in a "party town", but for a family with adult kids, having booked in
a hurry based on the displayed daily rate, getting charged extra for a fourth person on a room that sleeps 6 felt like we'd been misled.
Check-in: pre-arrival comms on timing had us a little concerned we wouldn't have someone to check us in. We did not get any response to our outreach to confirm that someone would be there to receive us later than the office was open, but the custodian did meet us when we arrived.
The property is on an alley that has a surprising amount of foot and vehicle of traffic, some noise early to late, more on the weekends. There is a gate to the beach at the end of the alley that is unlocked during the day, another hotel and a busy restaurant between the property and the beach.
One area between cabanas, on the alley, seemed be being used for work: tree wreckage, several garbage bags piled up.
Workmanship of the updates is rough --one ceiling fan/light did not work (we were told on check in), loose outlet mountings-- safety worries. Just one working burner on stovetop, pots and pans were in rough shape -- hard to use.
Good: rooms nicely re-designed. Overall, garden grounds, pool area beautiful, some, wildlife, secure compound, parking inside gates, locked after 6. The only place we found that had separate rooms for the beds, a 300 yrd walk to beach.
The lighting was terrible in my unit.The main room of my two bedroom unit had no light.At night,i just got use to a dark room.I mentioned it to the staff and they just smiled and walked away.They have made some renovations but it is an old tired property
Propreté extrême, positive mind de la maison, proximité centre et digue, confort et gentillesse invitent à revenir. Hygiène du Linoleum dans les chambres plut?t que tapis plain, literie confortable, calme, petits détails agréables, ici on se sent chez soi.
Wonderful stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Jaco but feels quiet & tranquil. Hotel consists of several duplex apartments around a nice pool with lovely landscaping. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed & bedding. Affordable even in high season & great value for the cost. Cold AC and great water pressure in the shower.
Nice place; little loud at night but obviously they can’t control who walks by on the street. Clean, comfortable and secure. We ate some lunch in the garden area. We didn’t swim but it looked inviting. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach as well as someplace for dinner.
Muy buena ubicación
La habitación es muy bonita, cómoda y moderna, cuánta con cocineta, tiene una terraza peque?a muy linda, está a unos metros de la playa, la ubicación es excelente tanto para ir a la playa como para salir a la avenida principal a los restaurantes y tiendas. Sólo le falta un poquito de mantenimiento al ba?o. El servicio muy bueno, son muy amables. La playa está muy linda.
Excelente privacidad, comodidad y tranquilidad
Es un excelente lugar de hospedaje para parejas/familia o amigos, una piscina increíble y un rancho perfecto para reuniones familiares. 10/10 la privacidad y cercanía a la playa en un lugar privilegiado.
Es una joya en Jaco... Primero...tiene parqueo, áreas verdes, ranchos, piscina, acceso directo a la playa, WiFi. La habitación está acondicionada con tv, refrigeradora, desayunador, microondas, Coffee maker, caja fuerte. Los ba?os están acondicionados con pa?os, jabones, shampoo. Todas las habitaciones tienen terraza con una mesa y sillas. La piscina es amplia y rodeada de zonas verdes. El hotel le da una llave para un portón que tiene acceso a la playa que queda a unos 50 metros. No dan desayuno pero lo acondicionado de las habitaciones y el lugar no hace falta, además, están ubicados en el puro centro de Jaco lo que hace fácil acceso a todos los locales. Realmente vale la pena..
