Unfortunately it was down to so much level my experience for first time in last 20 years visit.
This happen first time and it should last such a below gradable experience
I don't want to describes and put in words i am having feeling of not to come like this may be it will be some problem at there level they try to rectify and considerate

Excellent hotel, delicious food, friendly staff.

酒店的環境不錯，旁邊很多大樹，但現在附近有一個工地，白天有點嘈雜，有免費的停車場，早餐比較豐富，房間的設施有點舊了。

Staff was excelent. Good breakfast. Room is OK. I have two negative comments - water in bathroom was warm little bit and bath is quite small. There was also noise from some A/C unit located on the roof - can hear nonstop in the room. When I use earplugs for sleep was OK.

The Taj Pamodzi is a very good hotel, centrally located in the heart of Lusaka’s business district. It is showing some wear, though, and some of the facilities are undergoing renovation.

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything.
Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check.
Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement.
Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance.
Overall great stay

located near city center.
very quiet place
gym and swimming pool are under renovation. so I couldn't use these facilities
somehow we can still enjoy a very good dinner in the lobby restaurant
