Guest：While the property itself was nice, i would caution others from staying here as all the amenities (ie waterpark, activities) cost add'l money. Very poor communication (took 2 tries to get them to send towels) yet they are constantly sending texts wanting excellent feedback. The property itself does not have a good infrastructure (2 pools to accommodate all guests) and it's on a hill so you either drive, walk up or down or wait for their buses. Sadly there are much better cheaper options available.: 2025-09-01

Guest：The property and staff are lovely. My friend and I didn't realize that we would need a car or shuttle to get around the property as it is very large and set into steep hills. So not like a place where you can walk to one of the restaurants. The first night, we arrived after dark and were given instructions how to find our cabin, but had a very frustrating time navigating and wondering around in the dark and trying to find the specific building our rooms were in. It was quite frustrating. My suggestion is guests arriving at night should be offered a golf court escort to guide us up to where our rooms were. That would have made all the difference to us when we arrived very tired and couldn't find our way around.: 2025-10-01
