设施：设定很好，泳池很好看衞生：没有见到不乾净的地方，都很好环境：环境十分不错，虽然楼下就是酒吧街，一点闹市的感觉都没有服务：服务很好，行李很多可是都直接送去房间了

非常贴心，因为我坐凌晨机到达，到酒店已非常疲累，前台愿意指供寄行李服务，并表示有可能让我提早少少check in???????????? 另外，酒店有提供免费HIIT, Pilates课程，非常有用????????????

Overall are ok, location is best, some item in hotel room need to upgrade and fix, but service is very good and i was complimented with cake and snacks for my anniversary, thanks a lot to the staff!

Check in was slightly slow due to high traffic on weekends but nonetheless we had an overall pleasant stay!

凌晨抵达的酒店，酒店服务人员非常热情细致，附近用餐很方便，吃到了旅行中最棒的一餐饭，门口就是公交站，出行很便利

总体不错，离机场和景点都不远，就是有点贵，我们坐大巴到马六甲的车站也很近，离清真寺也近，晚上还有吃饭的地方，早餐好

It was an excellent stay at Parkroyal. The staff is very attentive to my request especially when i wanted to order food menu from cafe it was served to the pool area. Excellent service!

整体很满意。乾净，员工也很友善。房间很大，性价比很高。地点也方便，附近都有超市可以买东西。步行还可以走去餐馆吃东西

很满意！备注了双床，前台小姐姐很Nice地给了。对面就是哈芝巷，我们房间在四楼，泳池和gym都在四楼平台，平台就能看到滨海湾的金沙酒店和摩天轮～

新加坡这个酒店服务还是挺不错的，早饭是挺不好吃的，不过在这个寸土寸金的地方，还是得吃饱饱，地理位置还不错，门口就有公交站，总体来説还不错，值得推荐。
