Ho alloggiato con una amica in questa struttura molto bella (scelta per caso). Si nota sin da subito una attenzione alla pulizia e agli ambienti che sono arredati con gusto e creano un'atmosfera rilassante ed accogliente. Servizi funzionanti e un personale gentile e disponibile! Grazie ??

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, le camere sono un po’ spartane e avrebbero bisogno di nuovi arredi, ma sono pulite e ordinate che poi é la cosa che conta veramente. Colazione abbondante e con un grande assortimento di dolci e salati, migliore di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato. Personale giovane, gentile e molto disponibile. Nel periodo natalizio una quadrupla ci é costata la metà rispetto a qualsiasi altro hotel che abbiamo visto.

hotel molto bello. personale gentile. abbiamo cenato al ristorante il cibo era molto buono, il ragazzo che ci ha servito veramente bravo, simpaticissimo ma educato e molto attento che tutti stessero bene. Lo abbiamo rivisto a colazione e con un bel sorriso ci ha salutato. Ritorneremo.

Ottima posizione per visitare i mercatini di Arezzo, a 15 minuti di macchina. Hotel bello, spazi ampi e luminosi. Si percepisce che la struttura ha riaperto nuovamente da poco, mancano piccoli dettagli ma l'impegno c'è! Camere grandi e pulite, insonorizzate. Colazione varia e buona. Un plauso al personale veramente disponibile e gentile! Inizialmente preoccupati a causa delle vecchie recensioni, ci siamo positivamente ricreduti Consigliato!

Das Hotel bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Riaperto con nuova gestione a fine 2025! Colazione top, camere semplici ma ben pulite! Parcheggio grande e gratuito! La colazione è ottima! Ottimo anche il caffè! Il personale è stato molto gentile ed attento !

This is not a 4star hotel, it’s more like a 3star, and that’s being generous. I have been to many 4 star establishments, and this falls way short. Let me explain why. My wife had booked this hotel for my birthday, to visit the Ferrari museums. Firstly, when we arrived at our room, the safe was not working, it was locked, and the air conditioning was also not functioning. After insisting that they needed to look at these items, the gentleman at front desk did come to the room. After half an hour he accepted that the safe was broken, but ‘assured’ me that everything would be ok, as they have cctv. Also that the safe was going to be replaced in the near future. So why put any guests in the room, until this was done? It certainly wasn’t fully booked. This is not acceptable. What if my passport was stolen? How do I get home? The AIRCON did eventually work but had to wait quite a while for this. The pillows are absolutely awful, and more need to be provided. Also no WiFi in the rooms. There’s WiFi in reception, but no connection in our room (last time I checked I was not staying in reception). The shower is next to useless, a rain shower would be more powerful, and the cubicle doors would not close, so water would escape. I cannot blame the young staff at the hotel, as it looked like they were two jobs at the same time, but who ever owns the hotel needs to up their standards. I could not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, and certainly wouldn’t be staying there again.

Auch dieses Mal war der Aufenthalt wieder wunderbar, obwohl die Situation für das Team alles andere als einfach war. Ein ganz besonderes Dankesch?n m?chten wir an Andrea richten: Sie hat mit unglaublichem Engagement und einer beeindruckenden Ruhe alles allein gemanagt – Rezeption, Frühstück für alle G?ste und zus?tzlich noch den ?ffentlichen Café-Betrieb! Trotz dieser Mehrbelastung war sie stets freundlich, aufmerksam und bestens organisiert. Es hat uns wirklich beeindruckt, wie souver?n und herzlich sie alles gemeistert hat – das verdient h?chste Anerkennung! ?? Ebenso m?chten wir Youssef aus der Abendschicht lobend erw?hnen, auch er war mit Café Betrieb, Rezeption und allem allein: immer hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich – ein echtes Plus für das Haus. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen weiteren tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen garantiert wieder! ?? ?????????? è l'ennesima volta che soggiorniamo al Planet Hotel e ogni volta ci sentiamo completamente a nostro agio! Anche questa volta il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, nonostante la situazione fosse tutt'altro che facile per il team. Vorremmo rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea: con incredibile impegno e una calma impressionante, ha gestito tutto da sola: la reception, la colazione per tutti gli ospiti e anche il caffè pubblico! Nonostante questo carico di lavoro aggiuntivo, è stata sempre cordiale, attenta e ben organizzata. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla sicurezza e dalla cordialità con cui ha gestito tutto: merita il massimo riconoscimento! ?? Vorremmo anche elogiare Youssef del turno serale, che si è occupato da solo del caffè, della reception e di tutto il resto: sempre disponibile, cortese e cordiale, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura. Grazie mille a tutto il team per un altro fantastico soggiorno: torneremo sicuramente! ??

I stayed at this hotel during The Exit Festival. Despite being very busy, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast were tasty. Overall, I am grateful for the experience. If I ever visit Novi Sad again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.
