This is my 2nd time checked in this hotel. Services
improve. 1st time checked in the reception attitude is horrible no polite.

Have a very nice view and the room so comfortable. Also, the service very good. 10/10

Everything was good except the construction at the pedestrian path outside the hotel that was bad. Its was very inconvenient n dangerous to walk along the road from Pavilion back to hotel unless u grab all the time

Conviniently located at the heart of Bukit Bintang, it is a few minutes walk away from shopping malls such as TRX The Exchange, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion! Easy location to order a taxi
Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the hotel. Room had a very good view as we were staying on the 17th floor, where we could see buildings such as Berjaya Time Square and even fireworks on a random night! Room was spacious and clean and staff were very generous in giving us amenities like body lotion. Gym was good enough with adequate equipments!
Things to improve on:
- When we came back at 4pm on one of the days, housekeeping was still not done. Could be lack of manpower for the day itself.
- No power socket next to your bed, only 1 USB inlet.
Overall, 8.5/10! Will come back again??

酒店房间不错，服务态度很好，床品舒服，好评！ 夜景也很美，第一次来KL，这个酒店给我留下很好的印象！??楼顶看吉隆坡的夜景很赞！

这是我每次来吉隆坡最喜欢的酒店之一。酒店乾净整洁，地理位置优越，就在武吉免登区。大堂和餐厅的保安和员工都非常乐于助人。入住的感受很好，下次来还会选择这里。

环境：酒店位置相当好，出门左转顺着路走几分钟就到柏威年，出门右转走几分钟就到TRX。其实右转两分钟就到了前几天订的莱恩酒店，没想到两家离得那么近。但是这一侧在修路不好走，晚高峯时红绿灯没用，全靠警察招手指挥……
服务?设施：酒店门僮和一层迎宾的态度极其热情，入住时40层receptionist只有一个人，效率极低。晚上到前台买洗衣币，接待是个老头，态度超级不耐烦，而且这家自助洗衣极贵，洗烘要36马币，我问他有洗衣液吗，他极不耐烦挥手説all inside……咱也不知道洗衣机里到底有没有洗衣液，烘乾时间设定明显不够，烘完衣服还是潮的。自助早餐品种还算可以，但是用餐场所狭窄，桌子也极小……
客房説是30平米，其实一半被洗手间和厨房占了。牀头柜只有一侧有插孔，另一侧只有一个usb孔。
衞生：洗手间衞生清理不到位，浴室墙砖缝隙都是黄渍且地面很滑，浴室门关不紧，导致很多水溅出来。布草有污渍。洗手盆下水不畅。

Comfortable bed and Overall is good but the bedsheet not very clean, can see some blood stains.

Great location between pavilion and tRX. Room sleek yet cosy with all the amenities needed. Great sea salt water pool overlooking the great KL view.
