First and foremost. No hot water as stated by previous reviews. We thought this would have been addressed by now. Some red marks on sheets, maybe old blood. We added the buffet breakfast but was not able to make 4 out of 5 days due to planned day trips. The day we were able to make breakfast, the restaurant was to open @ 8a but didn't open due to lack of staff till 8:25a. We ordered omelets but due to our day-trip pickup, the cook could not get it to us on time. So had to leave without breakfast nor coffee. We asked for a credit/refund upon arrival but was denied. Instead the hotel prepared (2) lunch boxes as compensation. What about the other days? Cleaning services are very aggressive! Even though we requested NO cleaning, the maids entered our room anyways so they can collect tips. Back to the buffet, they expect their tips BEFORE you eat your breakfast. Unprofessional. Stairs not lit early mornings (~6-7a). Stairs steps are uneven and not uniform (one step is higher/lower than others). Communications with Front desk is thru WhatsApp only. No phones! TVs are worthless, didn't connect 95% of the time. The fore mentioned complaints is NOT the staff's fault. They were pleasant for the most part.
The room was ok. Nothing fancy and a bit old. The spa area is so so. The sauna was cold when we entered and steam room was not that great. The jacuzzi was nice.
Excellent séjour
Havre de paix en plein centre de Playa del Carmen. Tout était parfait, chambre élégante, spacieuse et propre, personnel souriant et efficace. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet servi au restaurant à c?té (accès direct de l'h?tel). Espace piscine agréable et calme lors de notre séjour.
Excellent location close to all. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Beautiful. Breakfast was fresh .
The only issue was with the spa promotion. There is a credit for spa treatments upon arrival, which is nice . However the wording on the paper isn’t clear or correct on what spa service you need to have in order to get said credit. Upon check out the woman at the desk argued that it’s clear . Well it’s not.
Excellent h?tel situé en plein centre-ville juste en face du Coco-Bongo, à 1 min à pied de la 5 eme avenue.
Et à 3 min de la plage.
Le personnel est au petits soins et parle fran?ais.
Natalia et Isis voulaient toujours faire au mieux pour nous faire découvrir leur région et leur magnifique pays.
Nos hospedamos en Magic Blue en Playa del Carmen y fue una excelente elección. El hotel es muy bonito, con un ambiente relajante y bien cuidado. Todo el personal fue súper amable desde el primer momento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar.
Mi esposa y yo tomamos unos masajes y la experiencia fue de 10. Yo elegí uno con tratamiento a base de aloe vera para el da?o solar, y la verdad es que me salvó las vacaciones, me ayudó muchísimo con la recuperación de la piel después de pasar tanto tiempo al sol.
En resumen, excelente servicio, un lugar hermoso y una atención que marca la diferencia. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volveríamos.
The property need a little renovation the shower has to run for 10 minutes for hot water the breakfast is ok nothing Good over priced your paying for the area
