We went there for a sport competition and maybe the restaurant staff was not very pleased with that, and maybe this is why they looked annoyed and lacking good mood. They left me with the impression they were overwhelmed by the situation. The food was tasty however.

To start, I have to say, everything was completely fine during my stay. However, I can only rate this hotel 4 stars and not 5 because I feel it would be unfair to other 4-star hotels that offer way better services. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy, offering nice views. The location is great and you can find plenty of parking spaces. I feel the hotel is lacking when it comes to services. The breakfast is quite basic, with not many choices to choose from. The staff is very rigid, they don’t smile at all. I’m not saying they should be obliged to smile, but you can easily feel how cold they are when it comes to servicing you. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but I’m sure there’s way better options for this price.
