Our room was clean, warm, and cozy. We enjoyed one night stay at Grand Hotel Napoca. The breakfast was also good. We recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a conference and it was the perfect hotel - clean, nice conference space, incredible food, and very attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Cluj!

The receptionist at check in very courteous and efficient. Near most everything. The only problem I had is : NO NAMES ON THE STREET CORNER TO IDENTIFY IT.
How is one to know that is Regele Ferdinand Blvd when the english guide pronounces it waaaaay differently and there is no sign to mark it!?

Too noisy by the pool. The music is inappropriate for the setting creating a municipal pool vibe rather than a 5 star hotel

We arrived at the hotel for a vacation, large and clean rooms. The reception staff was courteous and took care of us quickly, good breakfast with a large selection, in the evening the dining room turns into a restaurant with prices slightly above average for the area. Free parking adjacent to the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt fu?l?ufig ca. 10-15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum von Cluj entfernt. Von au?en mag es etwas Oldschool aussehen, aber von innen ist es absolut modern gestaltet. Der Check-In verlief schnell und freundlich. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer selbst war mit dem Lila-Ton irgendwie schick und stylisch gestaltet. Besonders das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem, so dass man sich wohlgefühlt hat. Auch das Badezimmer war v?llig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück h?tte ich mir tats?chlich einen Tick hochwertiger noch erwartet. Es gab hier alle Standardprodukte, aber eine frische Eierstation oder ?hnliches w?re auf dem Level auch megacool gewesen. Vor dem Haus kann man problemlos kostenfrei auf dem riesigen Hotelparkplatz parken.
