Cleanliness, location, views, and friendly staff are definite positives. The morning buffet is very good, but the buffet isn’t open three times a day. Food options overall are limited, and after 10:30 PM all food outlets close. Getting food often requires walking all the way to the beach side, while most dining is on the 7th floor—great city and marina views, but not very convenient. Nighttime activities are minimal: only one pool table in Whale Watchers Club on 8th or 9th, no table games, and limited entertainment. The performance stage is very small. The lobby feels dead most of the time and lacks basic amenities—no washrooms, no coffee, and no snack options. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this one falls short when it comes to food availability and evening atmosphere.

Food was decent for the most part, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast was my least favorite. It seemed like even within 30mins of opening for breakfast the pre-scrambled eggs were always cold. The bacon was always super overcooked and hard (and i like crispy bacon). The omelet station was amazing, and I loved having all the fresh fruits! All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Our little fridge didn't work the whole week we were there, which was disappointing because we couldn't keep any beer or soda at even a decent temperature for the evenings when everything was closed. We asked to have it swapped out a few times but it never got fixed. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The Adult Only pool with the swim up bar was our favorite hang out in the warm afternoons. The bartenders were all ver friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Yuki was the highlight of our trip! we came to all the shows because of her and she went above and beyond to make restaurant reservations for us off the resort.

We had a great time at Finisterra. The hotel is in great location, spotlessly clean, the grounds are beautiful, the food is good (mainly à la carte but no reservations required) and the staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms we had were a little dated but huge and very clean and comfortable. We overlooked the pool. The sunsets on the beach and spotting whales were a highlight but we enjoyed the pools in the day with great poolside bar service and plenty of loungers. The only small negative was the food choices at lunch. The pizza/sushi poolside were delicious but took a long time (the staff were working tirelessly - not their fault) and the lunch restaurant was quite slow. Also, it was nice to be able to play but the pickleball nets need replacing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was in poor condition. The room was dated and the plumbing and air conditioning was not in working order. I brought this to the attention of management and I had pay an additional charge of $300 to an updated room - where again the A/C was not working. There is no way for customers to tell at the time of reservation to determine which rooms are dated or updated. The management claimed that it can be deciphered from the photos available. This is an unreasonable expectation. Overall, I will not be using this property again after this experience. The service personnel also did not understand / speak english fluently and did little to help us with our needs - specifically food and beverage.

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

酒店景色一级棒，悬崖边的建筑让人格外喜爱，设施很齐全，泳池泡池都很棒，海景房景色颜值很高。
