A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, un hotel quattro stelle grazioso, con un bel giardino e piscina. Stanza pulita e silenziosa, letto confortevole. Cena e colazione molto buone. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Dovessi essere nuovamente in zona ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Esperávamos mais do hotel
O café da manh? era bom, a única coisa que achei estranho que tinhamos que pagar o café expresso, pois n?o havia disponível.
Tivemos um problema com o SPA, havíamos agendado uma massagem presencial, quando chegamos no horario marcado, esperamos por 20 minutos, sem nenhuma explica??o, quando fui questionar a recepcionista falou que atrasaria mais 10 minutos, n?o ficamos, pois tinhamos reserva de restaurante.

O hotel eh bem localizado, as atendentes muito gentis e o café da manh? muito gostoso!!!
Pegamos um quarto pequeno e com um chuveiro muito ruim!!!
Ponto de aten??o: escolher um quarto superior, o que peganos no foi no 1o andar. O quarto deixou a desejar e n?o condiz com o hotel

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!

A dramatic place to stay!
The location is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful; we extend special kudos to Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We did find the room to be really small (but its terrace was twice the size of the room!).
One note of caution: avoid the restaurant in the hotel.

Fantasico Hotel nel centro dell'aquila, ristrutturato da poco offre per i biker e non un comodo parcheggio, personale gentilissimo con camere comode ben curate e pulitissime, ottima la colazione consigliatissimo

Very good location in an old palace in the town center, ideal for walking the city center, and proximity to restaurants. The valet service is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, although small. The breakfast abundant with many choices.

Wonderful location. Close to the port with many excursions from which to choose. Some of the outlets did not function so charging our electronics was problematic. They recommended a car service to goto Erice that was excellent and very dependable. However the hotel concierge didn’t know that the town shut down early so our evening was very disappointing.

The hotel was lovely with an excellent breakfast . The service from the front desk was excellent and the valet parking was very convenient. The room was clean, if a little cramped. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was room with nice body gel and shampoo. We were driving and had a little difficulty finding the hotel,, but that could have been us.
