Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well appointed, parking in the underground garage was simple. Neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were clean and bright. Loved the wall hooks for hanging up clothes. Location was great
Big room, new or newly refurbished, nearby tube stops and with free street parking on the road overnight. The break was good quality, even though there weren't too many food options. I would have also liked to have iron and ironing board cause travelling on business, these were not in the room. I would stay here again.
BASICO SUPER BEM FEITO
é o basico muito bem feito. Quarto super limpo e moderno( sem frigobar) . Area comum lembra um “hostel” super moderninho com madeira clara aparente e colorido. O cafe da manha vale muito a pena. Esta longe do centro antigo, mas com uns 20 / 25 minutos de caminhada chega la. Fica numa travessa da av Leopolds que é repleta de restaurantes e rico comercio .
The property was excellent overall and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I would not give this hotel 5 stars until it figures out how to ensure there is Wi-Fi across the hotel. The two rooms we had were on the front side of the building and the Wi-Fi was absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. For the cost and as a hotel that advertises itself to foreigners, this must improve. We literally had to stand my the door in order to simply check email or pull up the subway map. This made our trip much more difficult. Another router or two is required.
