Guest：El hotel en general era espectacular. Muy moderno, bonito y cómodo. Detalles a mejorar como la ducha y algunas más, pero nada importante. Barato y muy limpio, llegué fácilmente desde el aeropuerto gracias al transporte público. Algo alejado del centro pero en 20 minutos llegabas al Puente Carlos.: 2023-02-01

Guest：Very clean and fresh looking but… No parking, shower drain was plugged with gross hair from previous guests I am guessing? Whole bathroom flooded because there is minimal slope to the drain and it plugged immediately. The sink drain won’t drain because stopper is broken. There is nowhere on the vanity to set stuff and no soap dish or niche for soap and shampoo in the shower. Blinds on skylight broken. Main door closer is way too strong- you can’t get in and out with luggage. Key card needed to use lights but they only give you one card so I went to grab something from the car so I had to take the card so my other family was in the dark while I ran down. They did give me another card upon request but it only worked on the lights. Then after one night…the vanity light stopped working altogether. Reception is in another neighboring hotel and they weren’t super friendly and I couldn’t even tell them all the issues I found because the line was so long because they were checking guests in and out of 2 hotels and probably they were all complaining about stuff too so I had to leave. Anyway…the room is nice and beds are comfy and clean and thats good enough but it’s function is so below par for a new hotel!: 2024-03-01

Guest：The hotel is newly built with clean rooms and modern design. Housekeeping is helpful but communicating in English can be a challenge. The staff was helpful and guided us on how to explore Prague. The breakfast is basic but does the trick in the budget. The hotel isn’t ideally located to old town but is a short walk from the tram stop and close to the mall if you want to grab a few things: 2025-06-01
