My husband and I had an amazing 4 days visiting San Miguel and staying at this beautiful property. The rooms were 5 star quality and the service was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. On the morning of my birthday, the manager, Nelly, surprised us with Bloody Mary’s and a cute cake with a huge sparkler! Definitely added to my joyful day. The entire staff was wonderful. The hotel is 3 blocks from the market center. Great, peaceful location. Just a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely come here again.

This place is simply amazing. From the rooms, pool, breakfast onsite, and the staff - our trip was perfect. If you are considering a stay here, it's a must book! Casa Cien is close to the main square and walking distance to so many of the main attractions. I can't recommend them enough.
Our son and his fiancé planned their March wedding in San Miguel de Allende at Casa Cien. It was fantastic! The wedding and reception took place on the beautiful grounds of Casa Cien and the immediate families stayed in Casa Ciens lovely, comfortable rooms. It was an amazing weekend! The staff helped to make the weekend wonderful for all the guests. They were attentive, hard working, accommodating and friendly helping to make our stay and the wedding such a great success. Can’t say enough. A beautiful place to stay and to celebrate in a beautiful part of Mexico.
Nos hospedamos en el hotel para un evento, y fue una gran experiencia. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y estaban impecables. Los jardines hermosos y muy bien cuidados. Pero especialmente el personal, que fueron de lo más amables y atentos durante nuestra estancia. ?Ampliamente recomendado!
El hotel es hermoso, con muchísima vegetación. Los cuartos, además de lindos, son muy cómodos. Si vas en familia y reservan varios cuartos, está padrísimo pues hay una sala interior y terrazas con sofás para pasar el rato conviviendo. En poco tiempo llegas caminando al parque donde está la parroquia, pero al mismo tiempo no estás cerca del ruido. El desayuno estuvo incluido, y aunque no hay muchas opciones, está muy rico y el personal es muy amable y trata de adaptarse a tus necesidades. 100% recomendado, regresaría con mucho gusto!
Although our stay at Casa Cien and our visit to San Miguel De Allende wasn't as previously planned due to the cancellation of a wedding, a huge thank you for all the staff making the experience as most fabulous as possible. A massive thank you to Jennyfer for her beautiful personality, amazing customer service and great friendly smile each day. Jennyfer definitely went above and beyond to make it a great stay. A big thank you to all the housekeepers for keeping the place so neat and tidy. A huge thank you to Memu for his kindness and friendliness in the late afternoon and evenings and keeping us well supplied with beers and margaritas to drink. Casa Cien was a most fabulous and beautiful location to stay, can only imagine how more stunning it would have been for a wedding. A beautiful clean location, close in walking distance to the main town with clean safe streets.

Había visto este lugar anteriormente. Pensé que era mucho mas grande pero fue una gran sorpresa descubrir lo privado que era. Tuvimos la suerte de ser los unicos huéspedes, nos sentimos realmente en casa. Fueron extremadamente amables y simpáticos. Nos prendieron la chimenea en la ma?ana para desayunar. El jardín es hermoso y el jacuzzi tiene una muy linda vista. Las camas son cómodas y el cuarto es muy lindo. Volvería sin dudarlo.
