Guest：Walkable distance (10-15min) to the Natural Pool. Most of the staff were supportive but some were rude to guests who didn't speak French. Breakfast was okay, not many options. There is no restaurants, shops around the area, so make sure to bring your own meal if you don't want to dine at the same restaurant for a few days.

Guest：We stayed in Le Meridien for 5 nights with my wife and my daughter. We were a bit concerned by the different negative reviews. However, the hotel, location and staff were better than we could have hoped for. The hotel is nestled on a beach with gorgeous views over the bay, close by La Piscine naturelle and its incredible snorkelling spot. We were expecting to see a lot of people but the hotel is arranged so that you almost feel alone - giving it a nice privilege feeling. Breakfast there was wonderful with Angelique cooking tasty omelettes. There is a wide selection, including for gluten free diet. We did not see any ants at the breakfast and were eating outside every day. The restaurant menu is quite pricey but this is very normal considering the remote location of the hotel in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Kelly was very helpful! We had a room overlooking the pool and the bay. It was very quiet and well-kept every day. Maud at the reception was very friendly and efficient and got checked-in few minutes after being dropped off from the airport. If you want to relax, discover unspoiled natural beauty, this is the place for you.

Guest：Set in a phenomenal location, the resort has a great hard product and very friendly staff. The restaurants could be further refined further to match the setting. Some meals were served with ill prepared food - this was a systemic issue for the resort.

Guest：日本人のおばさんが感じよくない。ついた日は雨でチェックインまでみんなでロビーで待たされ时间の无駄でした。海は最高で毎日ジャングルを歩いて海に行っていました。朝食は美味しいです。お部屋は清洁で広々でプールを眺めその先が海でした。私达は飞行机ではなく船でイルデパンに行きましたとても安く行けますよ。ほとんどの日本人は飞行机を使います。ネットで検索して船で行ってください楽しい旅になります。ホテルの食事は凄く高いので色々持参されたら良いと思います。２０２０年の１月から２周间のニューカレドニアの滞在でした。
