  • Guest：Pros: The hotel was nice modern very clean & tidy in all areas Our room 653? or 635? was very modern spacious & clean with a comfortable bed the shower room/toilet area was very nice with a fantastic power shower (loved the backboard design) the room & bedding was always fresh & clean All the staff work very hard & are pleasant Walking distance to shops bars beach & bus stop was great as were the bus’s if you wanted to venture out further Plenty of good bars & restaurants not far from the hotel or if you want somewhere a bit livelier it’s a 10/15 min walk up the hill to the square Food at the hotel was ok there’s plenty of choice to suit most people’s pallet The entertainment at the hotel was ok but most nights we ventured out to bars Cons: Every time we went back to our room on entering there was a slight indescribable smell but once in the room after a few minutes we couldn’t notice it we were baffled as to what is was or where it was coming from we did mention it to the staff twice but it wasn’t acted on Not sure if the air con was working as we couldn’t get it to work The swimming pool & area at the front of the hotel is very small considering the size of the hotel this didn’t affect us too much as we only sat round the pool once Was hoping to use the roof top Sky bar but it was closed for the end of the season Summary: The Bahia del Sol hotel is lovey & the staff are very hard working & pleasant which is very worthy of a 4 *
  • Guest：Bahia del Sol has definitely hit my spot.First time in this hotel and what a great experience from start to finish.Karina at the reception went above and beyond my expectations.Excellent customer service she completely satisfied my need by giving all the support I needed.Not only her all the staff were completely amazing always there to help every single customer.I definitely recommend this hotel 100%.Well done guys your hard work always pays off.I’ll come back for sure.
