We are centrally located, the hustle and bustle of the city centre does impact the noise level at the hotel. We do take special care when guests are arriving late back at the hotel, if the door is locked, its always best to WhatsApp us as we have staff on duty to assist 24/7. We love starting the day on a delicious note!However… the rest of your experience clearly did not hit the right notes — quite literally — and for that we owe you a genuine and heartfelt apology.We completely understand how frustrating and exhausting it must have been to deal with noise during what should have been a restful stay. Earplugs are meant to be a quirky “just-in-case” amenity, not a foreshadowing of an all-night beat drop, and we’re truly sorry that this was your reality. The event in question did exceed both the expected time and the expected decibel levels, and that is not acceptable. We should have ensured your peace, comfort, and sleep came first, full stop.Please know that we are already reviewing our event policies, cutoff times, and room allocations to ensure no future guest finds themselves unwillingly attending a party from their pillow.
