A great apartment for our family of 4 ski holiday . Right in the heart of Les arc 2000 and a ski in ski out location . Fabulous our 4th time at this accommodation.

A really good choice for 2000. Brilliant location and facilities are decent - we had a two bed for our family and it worked a treat. Reception are wonderful and helpful if you ask for more bin bags or dishwasher tablets. Make sure you take a physical card to pay the deposit, you can’t use Apple Pay. Downsides (which is annoying as easily rectified by the residence) - (1) swimming pool was too cold to swim in. Luckily children took to skiing well so didn’t matter too much, but would have been a massive pain if they hadn’t, (2) they had automatic lights in the hallway in the room which meant they came on all the time when you didn’t want them too (including in the night if you moved in bed) - please just return them to a normal switch!, and (3) the rooms were boiling despite the radiators being switched off by us - we had the windows open much of the time. Overall would recommend.

Our third time here. Excellent accommodation, great location for the slopes with friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities , clean and peaceful!

Great location, great apartment and excellent facilities. We booked a 4 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 4 children. The available space was quite generous for a ski destination. Altogether a great experience.

We had a great family holiday over the Christmas week. The Chalet des Neiges La Source is in a great location right next to the Gondola taking you down to the very pretty les arcs 1950 village. The gondola runs every minute and takes less than a minute, running until 11pm. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5 adults. The bedrooms are quite small but adequate. The kitchen/dinning/lounge area provides everything you need for comfort and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, salad bowls, microwave, kettle, toaster and much more. We found no tea towel or ice tray although asked reception and these were promptly provided with no trouble. Reception ladies were so very helpful, friendly and accommodating at all times. A warm boot room, ski in/out, also clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have hooks on the walls in the boot room to hang helmets etc, as when very busy the only place for your bits is the floor. Little extras for us which would have made a difference would be, the sauna, steam, pool area has no fresh water so take your own, also closes at 19:45 prompt, which we found a little early. The reception area has a pool table and is large enough to have a small coffee area for afternoon refreshments which would be a very nice addition to the hotel, we would definitely have used this service if available. To sum it up, we found the apartments clean and comfortable, in a great location with friendly welcoming staff and would definitely return. We have just returned from a wonderful week at Résidence des Sources, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The residence is perfectly located—just steps from the gondola lift to Les Arcs 1950 and right in the heart of the village of Les Arcs 2000—making access to restaurants and shops extremely convenient. The apartment was spacious, superbly equipped, and very comfortable. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam, were outstanding and a real highlight of our stay. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to Résidence des Sources for our next vacation and highly recommend it.

It was our third visit to la Source des Arcs and we plan to return in 2026. Our stay was perfect from start to finish - the ladies at reception were so friendly, efficient and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Bread and pastries were delivered to our door each morning when ordered the previous evening. We would highly recommend a stay here and the views are stunning!

Superbe résidence. Appartement parfaitement agencé. Piscine chauffée et le spa est très bien. L'équipe est aux petits soins avec les clients. Et n'hésitez pas pour faire un tour à Saveur des cimes. Excellente bière blanche, raclette et poulet fermier.

Le chalet était très confortable durant l'intégralité du séjour. Nous avons pu avoir beaucoup de recommandations de randonnées et profiter de la livraison du pain/viennoiseries le matin. Le spa est un gros plus (hammam, sauna, piscine et salle de sport). Pensez à amener des condiments, éponges, liquide vaisselle, tablettes pour le lave vaisselle. Merci beaucoup à Camille également pour ses conseils et son aide.
