历史非常悠久、风格非常传统的一家酒店，自带非常专业的高尔夫球场，举办过多次莱德杯比赛。大部分都是度假或者商务会议住客。
有免费停车场，早餐丰富。

Lovely hotel just a shame we didn’t have a bath in the room. Also there were no lockers available to us in the spa

relaxing massage, stopover but better planning req
fabulous relaxing stay, with use of the spa-fire, ice and relaxation massage. It was a little bit stressful trying to get the massage, fire and ice booked at the beginning. As the initial conversations with the booking team told us there was limited availability for the spa and massage even though we were booking 4 weeks in advance. After some further calls we agreed to have treatments at 11 and 12pm with lunch at 2pm, yet we were still without a fire and ice booking as we were told it’s full booked for our date. I asked if they had a reserve list which they didn’t, this was disappointing to hear as we were residents and stopping over at the hotel. we decided to call the day before to check everything was ok before our stay and mention the lack of fire and ice and were then told we could use the fire and ice from 9:45am. it’s a shame this lack of planning and allocation affected our excitement of arriving on the day. The fire and ice experience and the massage was amazing, however the pool became very busy between 12-4pm and didn’t feel very exclusive at all. There weren’t enough loungers and the pool became very busy with families arriving for afternoon swims.

Nice clean rooms, nice staff, sadly breakfast was a let down, food ran out so had to wait for food to be cooked again.

Main issue was room service was not accessible for over an hour. The phone would just ring out. Upon calling guest services i was assured that they'd be in touch shortly but another 30mins went by with no call. We had a 2 hour window between 2 events and hence i was not happy with being able to seemlessly order room service

Room was lovely as was all communal areas, spa facilities were nice too. Was let down by room service (used mugs and spoons, missing towels and only replenished after chasing a couple of times. I feel this could be due to the fact there were 3 corporate events. Hotel was busy was Monday and Tuesday, I missed breakfast Tuesday due to late night service. Would recommend as close to NEC which served our purpose. Good reception staff and Jamie in evening service in Buffet was fab!

Lovely place to stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the buffet in the ryder grill and my husband had the a la carte menu both were excellent and so was the buffet breakfast. The spa and leisure centre were excellent and very clean. Overall an enjoyable stay even though food and drinks are a bit expensive but i guess you're paying for the name .
