Guest：Stayed for 5 nights and there were some really good bits, the rooms are dated but I knew that when I booked and they are kept really clean with beds changed every day. Also the free shuttle to from the ferry way very welcome and the people in the hotel super friendly and helpful. The pool was covered and closed which was a shame and the breakfast is really really basic. The WiFi was also pretty useless, it didn’t work any of the time we were there, even if I sat in reception. I thought there may be a beach close by but it’s not really a beach, just access to the sea. Closest beach is a good hour away by bus and walk, but that was my fault, not the hotels. If I was to go back to Lipari, I think I’d stay somewhere else.

Guest：Excellent friendly and efficient service from Rosangela. She organised transport from the ferry port to the hotel (and return) and supervised our early booking in. Rosangela personally organised our preferred 8 hr sightseeing tour around Stromboli - calling the company, agreeing competitive prices, printing out the tickets and showing us where to go to catch the boat. We had an apartment type room (including a kitchen) which was large and clean and had a balcony (no tea / coffee making facilities though and the shower door was a bit of a tight squeeze for me!). Excellent infinity pool with sunbeds & umbrellas and a hot tub! Good hotel location - 15 mins walk to town centre & port and 5 mins to a small pebbly beach. Breakfast was good with plenty of cakes & pastries but no hot products - just a toaster. Good Value for Money and Would stay again.

Guest：Io e le mie amiche abbiamo alloggiato per qualche giorno a Baia Portinenti e abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili. Siamo state accolte con simpatia e gentilezza dal sorriso di Tindara e Rosangela, che ci hanno fornito ogni indicazione utile per l'alloggio e per gli spostamenti sull'isola di Lipari. L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti dal centro. Inoltre, sono presenti una piscina e una vasca idromassaggio, in cui è possibile rilassarsi e prendere un po' di sole tra un'escursione e l'altra. La camera ci è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni e igiene e pulizia sono state garantite ogni giorno. Tutto lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e desideroso di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Guest：Abbiamo festeggiato l’addio al nubilato di una amica ed abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo sorprendente! Gentilezza e simpatia cornici di un ambiente confortevole e familiare. La gentilezza di Tindara e Rosangela ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il week end. La piscina e l’idromassaggio ci hanno permesso di riposare…e siamo state coccolate e trattate da principesse. Andate a trovarli, ne varrà la pena!
