Guest：Great location, clean, modern. Just missing a gym on the premises. Have to walk 2 block to the sister hotel.: 2025-11-01

Guest：Very underwhelming clean is about the only positive thing I can say about it. Some staff were rude others were kind and help. Hotel didn’t have any real amenities just a restaurant. Gave off a lipstick on a pig feel. Clearly an older hotel that did a few minor renovations to make it seem more high end. I could save my money and gone to a cheaper hotel and got a better experience: 2025-11-01

Guest：GREAT hotel find! The room was pristine and very quiet, the staff (especially the valet attendants) were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site (Chandlers) was amazing! It's also a great location, within walking distance to so many fun things in downtown Boise. We will be staying there again!: 2025-11-01
