Staff were lovely, pillows were awful, they were broken fibres we asked for more but it was the same quality

Great location but upon arriving into our room we discovered that the bathroom had a rotten B smell coming from the base of the shower.
We complained and it was immediately attended to and fixed!
Bed was comfy and we heard no outside noise

Es war alles sehr gut. Allerdings flackerte eine Lampenbirne in meinem Zimmer. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Zustand des Hotels ist gut.

Lets start with the location which is excellent and minutes from the main square.Staff were at all times polite and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and varied,Down side is the room which has no inbuilt air condition and they give a stand alone tower which you either keep on all night or switch off.Not what we could do as it was 28 degrees in the city at night..If you take a 3rd floor premier room they over look the outside bar area which on a Saturday night can stay open till after midnight which i can understand at the weekend but not through the week.Below our window was a floodlit tree and this shone into the room through very badly designed curtains.We had to ask maintenance to get a second curtain as ours had been removed and not replaced.Staff said curtains has been raised as ineffective many times but nothing has been done Bed wasnt all that comfortable either but on the whole a good room but would not return as better hotels with better facilities can probably be found for the same price elsewhere

Hotel is located in a quiet area. Walking distance to center of the city. Welcoming staff. Clean place. Paid parking was closed by.

It was a lovely Hotel in a great location - quiet but close enough to all the entertainment that the centre of Freiburg had to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Ideal hotel for our short visit to Freiburg. A 5 minute walk from the town square, but in a super quiet corner. You get what you pay for, the staff are friendly, the rooms modern and clean. I left my favorite shirt in the cupboard, one email and the shirt was sent by post, thank you Nino.
