Guest：At 4 pm they were hosing doen the entry no one to transfer bags to check-in. Slick and dangerous. Room was flooded with water coming thru bathroom vent . Changed rooms asked for valet to transfer bags was brought a cart and told to do it my self . Staff tried to be helpful but obviously short on help . Construction should have been mentioned upon reservation the place was a mess. I would give them a 0: 2025-11-01

Guest：The rooms were nice. Slightly outdated. Would be 5 stars, but Valet is $60 a night and mandatory. Ridiculous.: 2025-11-01
