Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

浴缸水龙头的操作方式很难理解，打电话说会请工程师来看，却迟迟没来，来的时候我早已自己研究出来并洗好澡了

特别方便，後门出去就是迪士尼小镇，连吃了两天鼎泰丰，太舒服了
加州迪士尼乐园营业时间特别长，所以住这里太方便啦。白天玩累了可以回酒店休息再去园内玩

如果让我再选可能不会选择迪斯尼酒店，吃的东西选择很少，走到小镇才有些吃的选择，但是也就那麽几样选择，喝的就只有水，碳酸饮料，泳池小朋友觉得挺好玩，到迪斯尼比较方便

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

入住时碰到一点小插曲，香港同胞给妥善解决了，还提供了freebie，很满意的结局。
房间设施不算很新，但绝对不算旧。 唯一遗憾是床品有stains。
去park很方便，去鼎泰丰吃饭超级近（必须提前1-2小时app上排队）
室外泳池非常适合孩子。

我们半夜12点才去登记入住值班的房务人员还是很有耐心的与我们解释如何入迪士尼园区及我们房间的位子与设施。
