This is a lovely property, beautifully designed and a joy to stay at. Juliet is a great hostess who is helpful considerate and knowledgeable on the area. The breakfasts are superb and the overall vibe is relaxing and calming. Highly recommend this hotel.

Juliette was an amazing host and was very helpful with ideas of things to do and see in the area. The room and grounds were wonderful and the fresh breakfast in the morning was such a bonus! We were sad to leave and would definitely stay there again.

My friend and I booked a room at Physis Caribbean very last minute and Juliet kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. Once we walked into the bed & breakfast, we knew we were going to love staying there. The ambiance was private, refreshing, relaxing and peaceful. We loved the location in Cocles as we wanted to stay out of the Puerto Viejo city center. We felt very safe in the property and the surrounding area! Juliet was amazing and super helpful with recommendations around the beach. Shirley, who also worked at the property, was very sweet and helpful as well. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. Perfect for solo travelers as well.

Man sollte wissen, dass die Doppelbetten nur 1.20 breit sind. Wir haben netterweise gegen ein Zimmer mit einem zus?tzlichen Einzelbett tauschen dürfen. Leider hatten wir immer mal wieder eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Die kamen aus dem Zimmer neben dem WC, das nicht zu unserer Unterkunft geh?rte. Top war die Au?endusche und der hübsch angelegte Innenhof.

This Bed and Breakfast is fantastic! Sparkling clean and beautiful. The owners are super nice and welcoming. The location is perfect- close to restaurants, stores and the beach. and the Pancakes! WOW!! Best I’ve ever had. The only bad part was that I couldn’t stay longer. :) Just book it! You won’t be sorry.

Great location and a beautiful air bnb. Matthew and Juliet were wonderful hosts and helped me coordinate guides, transportation and local restaurants. Highly recommended whether you’re a solo, couple or group. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Great host, staff and very cousy place… and absolutly delicious breakfast. We came only for 1 day but definitely we will come back. The location is perfect, just few minutes from beach and around some great restaurants and sodas… simply lovely place.

My wife and I stayed at Physis. This place is a little paradise, the hosts are super nice, the decor reminded us of Bali. The place is very well maintained, clean and friendly. Thank you Matthew and Juliet, we hope to return one day. -Lily and Dan

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was walking distance from the beach and several restaurants but away from the street noise. Juliet and Matt were wondering hosts preparing delicious breakfasts and offering great local knowledge. We look forward to our next visit.

Todo el establecimiento decorado con muy buen gusto, funcional, desayuno continental con 4 opciones a elegir, excelente café, ducha de agua caliente con buena presión, aire acondicionado en la cómoda habitación que funciona muy bien, estacionaniento gratis enfrente al B&B para tu automóvil, excelente comunicación en lo previo directamente con su due?a, y si tienes suerte como nosotros, podrás ver en movimiento un oso perezoso que generalmente duerme en el árbol del estacionamiento. Como fuimos en Semana Santa el precio fue alto, como en toda la zona, pero su esmerada atención y su tranquila ubicación alejada del ruido de Puerto Viejo lo valió. Recomendable.
