Guest：房间不大，一侧床头有一股异味，但也找不到味道来源。淋浴开关特别紧，要用出吃奶的力气，才能打开。最糟糕的是入住，飞了10几个小时，到酒店下午1点多，结果説客房没有ready。需要等45分钟。于是等了，过了一小时去问，还是没有好。又等了30分钟，再去问，被告知还是没好。但前台一直有客人入住，也没看别人等。一直到3点多，第四次去问，一开始前台还是告诉我们需要再等。我表达大堂空调太冷了，我感觉不舒服了。前台才説Ok…马上做了房卡给我们。感觉就是有房间不给啊… 床和枕头都不错，睡了2晚都睡的很好。 但半夜总有很大的噪音…感觉是水管还是什么机器运行的巨大声音。 房间里配了转换插头，就还蛮周到的。

Guest：It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. We had informed them in advance that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary, and upon arrival, they had beautifully decorated our room with rose petals and prepared a lovely, delicious cake as a surprise. The room, lobby, and overall hotel atmosphere were very elegant and well-organized, and the staff were extremely polite and respectful. The only downside was that every night from midnight to 1:30 AM, there was very loud music—I couldn’t figure out the source( we were on the 12th floor) but everything else was outstanding, and I definitely recommend the hotel.
