Guest：5 star undeniably amazing. This is an excellent but very expensive property and the dining options are impeccable. We have traveled as Hyatt globalists and by far--- this could be the best we think this could be the best in CRETE. Bravo! Eleni in the dining management is stellar. Incredible. The sushi restaurant- do it. Do the half board option and for sure -- the drink option. Hands down. Love the fact very few Americans- even though I am American. Have them arrange for your transfer from airport. This is an immaculate property. Get the private pool and I think garden view for a more private.: 2025-08-01

Guest：Old school luxury but could do with a refresh The setting and style of the architecture at this hotel was fantastic. Lovely private beach and big swimming pool. The actual hotel rooms and common areas have not been renovated in some time though. Quite a dated feel, especially in the bathroom of our hotel room. The staff were all fantastic, they are so polite and helpful and the hotel run like a well oiled machine. The tennis and Padel courts were a great addition that we used every day but the indoor and outdoor gyms could do with some modernising/updating.: 2025-09-01
