Enjoyed the beautiful nature at bikaner palace... Excellent food, services, courteous Staff... Little unhappy about room cleaning and neatness... Need some supervisor on the staff...

We had left valuable jewelry at the hotel & received a call from them after checkout, returning it to us. That's truly amazing. Saluting their honesty and the rich Rajasthani culture that values integrity.

Very peaceful and laidback atmosphere. Luckily there was less occupancy so very quite. The property and grounds are well kept. These days they have regular visits for a bear family. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Would not stay anywhere else in Mt. Abu.
Recently me my wife and my son stayed in this lovely property. We were really pleased with our stay. As the name say, it give the real feelings of a palace. Each and every staff member made our stay more memorable. Thank you so much for everything.
Bikaner Palace is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town, natural surroundings lots of greenery and lovely staff. We stayed at the Palace complex and were overwhelmed by the room size, facilities, large dining area and sitting area nicely decorated. Food was very nice and prepared on order only hence you get fresh food only. Their new bar situated at a height has a beautiful sitting area where you can feel the cool breeze and spend hours together. The lights decoration in the night gives a nice ambience and one can enjoy walking the lawns. Being in a natural habitat animals are common so one has to be careful of the same. Although the wifi connectivity is a bit downer, the same can be improved. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to the chef, staff and Mr Rewat Ji for the amazing stay.
Had a lovely stay with my family and friends at Palace Hotel Bikaner House. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and room service was speedy. Super friendly and accommodating staff managed by Shri RevatsinghJi very nicely. The in-house restaurant served an exceptional breakfast and dinner buffet. I recommend trying their dinner at least once during your stay, All thanks to Chef Vikram Singh. Overall, I had a really pleasant time with no complaints.
Quand on choisit un ancien palais pour hotel, il faut s'attendre à de grandes pièces, un décor un peu suranné et des équipements qui peuvent 'dater' un peu. Et, de ce c?té-là, au Palace Hotel, on n'est pas dé?u: immense salon, grandes chambres, des couloirs interminables,... Mais aussi la possibilité de voir de près ce qu'était un vrai palais de maharadjah...et de rêver un peu....Le personnel est fort aimable et fait au mieux. Attention à la fraicheur qui peut surprendre: nous sommes à 1200m d'altitude et, par rapport à la plaine, cela signifie 10° de moins au minimum...La chambre (et surtout la salle de bains ) peut être fraiche, mais un radiateur électrique est fourni....
This hotel was a let down despite the lovely location, the hall and dinning rooms are very well decorated and maintained, in general the property is well maintained. However what it lacks is hospitality! The reception is quite pathetic, and the very poor internet is something they need to sort out. International guests need to have a proper working internet access.. The food is finger licking good especially the dinner. Breakfast is rather poor.. Chef who was new to the hotel served up fantastic meals at dinner.. Hospitality is missing big time, especially considering that the owners/ manager have a training in hospitality, which one just does not feel at all.
