Hotel sangat fantastis . Kita nginep di kamar deluxe balkoni . Kamar the best bgt kita nginep di bandung rasa bali , ruangan sangat bersih ,pelayanan paling ramah selama saya nginep dimna2 ini paling oke .
Pokoknya klu ngajak keluarga oke bgt , tpi untuk yg bawa orang tua pastikan sehat krna hotel ini seperti di bukit turun naik . Lumaya dpt free driving golf . Anak2 happy bgt sama orang tua . Makanannya jg oke bgt . Pkoknya hotel lama ini sangat baik .

This is 1st time for me and family to stay with the Valley Resort and i would likt to said our stay are good and comfortable. The service are good ,the staff are friendly and also best of all since i celebrating my bday the room i stay the arrange with nice decoration and wishing word"Happy Birthday" ,i feel really touching for the services.the food for breakfast can be more good with more variety specially can add salads and hot soup in future ya ??.
I booked 3 room since i came with my family,1 of the room are connecting and it is perfect specially for my parents as they are older so good we can look after too,the view are good as we choice rhe room type with balcony so we can enjoy the view.
Only the amenity lil bit rundown specially go car area perhaps can fix as well with lift for old people quiet challenging for up and down on the hills,others like mini bird park,chicken farms and playgrounds are vakue add to the resort??.
Gym and swimming are good specially with the hill views since the resort allocated above hills ,my nephews and sister are enjoying ,only some equipment in gym must more maintance and can be more better.
Overall we enjoy stay at the resort and will recommend to family and friends to stay for some changing views and experience in Bandung ,Good Job the Valley resort hotel keep it your good service ya and Thank you for welcoming me and family ????
