We booked the largest available room called apartment. The hotel did not disclose when we booked it that the apartment was located in another building, a block away from the hotel. We had to roll our luggage there. The furniture inside was like from the flea market, the table scratched and warned out, bed was contemporary while the wardrobe was old fashioned brown, the sink in the bathroom cracked, no air conditioning. Felt like an old Airbnb and not a hotel at all. You would not find in this apartment anything even close to the nice pictures published by hotel on *******. Would not recommend.
Wir hatten ein sch?nes Apartment in einer Altbauwohnung. Leider war das Waschbecken undicht und liess sich nicht benutzen. Es gab kein Personal mehr, das das Problem h?tte beheben k?nnen, sagte man uns nach der Anreise und am Morgen reagierte die Chefin mit einem Achselzucken. Das restliche Hotelpersonal war freundlich. Auch der Hausmeister, der sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigte. In der Küche passte zwar nicht alles zusammen, aber es waren vier Gl?ser und Teller und vier Schalen vorhanden.
