酒店比较老，设施陈旧，偶尔会停水，价格很贵，性价比极差

Highlight is the view feom the bar and pool deck. Staff were helpful. Felicia at breakfast is a very sweet lady. Apartment had a bad smell so they gave us a spray for the drains. We needed a plug cinverter and thay wasnpeovided promptly with no issues. Bathroom was poorly finished. There are not many plug sockets but the bedside lamps had alots foe charging cables. Ok stay for 2 days.

Excellent pool and restaurants. Very kid friendly without loosing the appeal for the grown ups.

The service was exceptional. The facility is exceptional and aesthetically appealing. The staff is very welcoming.

This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered.
The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Hotel.
On the bright side - location was good, the room big and staff friendly.
But the room especially the floor were not clean (even after I asked to clean the floor so our daughter can crawl there). There is no AC in the bedroom only living room. It was extremly loud. I don't know where the noise was coming from.
All in all we did not enjoy our stay and definitely not for the price we paid.

Amazing staff .. very helpful receptionist even ordered uber from her own account .

The location and the hotel do not complement each other. The room rate we paid and what we experienced was 4/10 in terms of the hospitality due to following;
1. The room cleaning was terrible. We had to buy a disinfectant (Domestos) to kill the smell in the bathroom of which the front office team was notified.
2. The noisy music from the breakfast bay in the morning was disturbing.
3. The breakfast was basic and there is an additional cost for Cappuccino and other hot beverages.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Zimmer war laut und es roch nach Fritteuse…
Fremde Haare auf dem Boden.
Plastikboden ist unangenehm.
Nur der gep?ckmann und das Frühstückspersonal sind positiv hervorzuheben.
