  • Guest：Excellent food including breakfast, Excellent Staff and Excellent view. Great room discounts with membership.
  • Guest：Pros: Nice and friendly staff and nice sea view Cons: Outdated hotel that is below Sheraton standards. Laundry is extremely expensive, a bit secluded that is not easily walkable and you have to take a taxi to anywhere.
  • Guest：The staff at Sheraton Djibouti are wonderful but the General Manager has got a lot to answer for: 1. This is my 4th time stating at this hotel and every time without exception the hotel airport person is not in Arrivals or turns up 15 minutes after Im waiting in Arrivals. 2. Hotel room door wouldnt close. 3. No hot water in my room for two days despite engineering visiting my room. 4. Breakfast has gotten worse and is now plain mediocre. Hard to imagine I will be coming back a 5th time. GM, get your house in order!!
  • Guest：Overall, this is an average hotel and doesn’t live up to Sheraton standards. The Executive/Business Lounge is rarely attended and offers very little in terms of food or drinks. Around the pool, dirty towels and glasses were left out from the afternoon and were still there the next morning, which really gives the impression that no one is managing the property. The breakfast is adequate and there are options, but anything that requires a staff member’s assistance may never arrive — service is slow and inconsistent. The rooms are fine — basic and functional, but nothing special. The beach area is also underwhelming and not really worth visiting. With better maintenance, supervision, and service, this hotel could improve a lot, but as it stands, it feels closer to a Four Points than a true Sheraton.
