Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas; Cleanliness was very good; Pool was cool but refreshing; Plenty of sun beds; Food was plentiful though a lot of it (particularly the sauces) was/were over salty; Generous free drinks with evening meal. Bar bill at end of stay had 2 drinks we didn't order - paid as only 7 euros but there is no way to prove who has ordered what. Signature or at least signing initials would address this. Garda is very central for visiting many places on the lake though the public transport can be infrequent and/or unreliable. Ridiculous that the bus summer timetable ended 9 September, causing chaos at the bus terminal in a morning.

Absolutely amazing 11 night stay. This was our first time in Italy ... fantastic! Perfect location for exploring Garda. 10 minute walk down to the Lake. Rooms spacious and clean. Food delicious. Massimo and his restaurant team so efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our chats and laughs with Julia. Pool area relaxing, and plenty sunbeds available. Would definitely return to Eden Garda!

The hotel has a nice family atmosphere with caring attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and we had a lovely view from the balcony and the sun all day. The food is prepared with a lot of love and attention to detail. It is cooked to perfection and varied every day. They even provide a shuttle to Garda centre which is very handy. I would not hesitate to book this gem of a hotel in the future.

Another fantastic stay at the Eden Garda. The hotel is so welcoming, the rooms have everything you need and the food is lovely. The newly refurbished bathroom had a brilliant shower and large sink. The transfer from Verona is only about 40 minutes, the walk down into Garda is pleasant and the hotel shuttle bus is great after a long day out sightseeing to save walking back up the hill. We will return as the Eden has everything that you wish for a wonderful holiday at Lake Garda.

Stayed mid Sept at Eden Garda for 10 days. Excellent holiday , wonderful helpful staff and food was very much to our liking in the main, little bit salty for one. Rooms are what you expect in an Italian Family Run Hotel but comfortable and clean.

Waren bereits zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel. Hatten wieder ein sehr sch?nes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel war immer tipptopp aufger?umt und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Der Shuttleservice vom Hotel nach Garda und zurück hat immer sehr gut geklappt.

Just got back from a week at Hotel Eden in Garda and this is probably one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. One of the things that stood out to us is how friendly everyone is, not just the staff but the other guests, everyone’s talking to each other, discussing their trips, tips on how to get to places and recommendations for exploring. When my wife got a bit of a nasty bug bite, it was the other guests that were the most help. I think maybe because the hotel is so small, it builds a sense of community. The staff were fantastic, especially the wait staff in the restaurant. The maids moved like ghosts coming twice a day but you never saw anybody, it was like they knew when you weren’t in your room and appeared like magic. The food was good, 5 courses every night but I think the food is better in Garda, we recommend il Merlo on the lake front. If you do have allergies or intolerances the hotel restaurant will cater to whatever you need, I have a mushroom intolerance and they were great about it. As this isn’t a week by the pool kind of holiday, it was never an issue to get a lounger, even with this, there was still people that would reserve loungers and then bugger off all day. The walk into town is easy, can be a bit tasking on the way back as it’s uphill, we avoided it on the hot days but on the cooler days it was fine. The ferry was easy to see anywhere else on the lake, you can purchase tickets at the kiosk or online in advance. The market appears in Garda on Fridays but you can catch the same market at other locations around the lake during the week.

Our third stay at Hotel Eden Garda and won’t be our last! We last stayed here 6 years ago and the staff that were here then remembered us after all this time. It’s a fabulous hotel, very clean throughout and with good size rooms and our room had a view of the lake and pool which was fantastic. Probably the best bed and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel, the bed being a good size too! All the staff are exceptional and I like the fact that the different members of the family who own/run it are always present and are very friendly also. Great shuttle bus service back and too to Garda as it’s about a twenty or so minute walk down to Garda and runs at good times there and back. The food was fantastic and generous portions of each course and a good choice each night. It’s great having drinks included with the half board package too. Lovely pool with plenty of seating and the hot tub on the roof terrace has some lovely views over the lake and also has a bar service that you can ring down for. Easy to get around the different towns via boat or bus and we re visited our favourite places such as Bardolino, Verona, Lazise to name a few. A good flat walk to Bardolino from Garda with lovely views over the lake and seats dotted about if you need a rest or just to admire the view. Really like Garda as a base, some great cafes and bars, fantastic market and it feels very safe wandering around. Another wonderful holiday here and so sad to leave but we’ll be back again and won’t leave it six years till our next visit!

Sehr sch?ne Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Kaffeeservice im Zimmer, gepflegt und sauber. Fahrzeiten Shuttlebus vom Hotel teilweise nicht so ideal.
