I was taken by surprise on the quality of the hotel as I do not have high expectations after reading the reviews. The hotel is hip and modern with a peranakan English colonial vibe within the decor. The reception personnel were pleasant and the staff were all friendly and warm. The room booked was for 3 and it's spacious and super tidy and clean. There is kettle, coffee, fridge amenities and topped with nice soft towels. There is also water dispenser outside the aisle where you can collect water. Its very near city square and komtar. You can take a short cut through a stairways to reach the hotel. The provision shop next to the hotel allows you to top up for drinks at very good pricing. I highly recommend families and travellers to opt for this though the surrounding seem a little run down, the hotel itself is a gem!
I couldn't find a single speck of dust. I also want to thank trip.com for their facilitation. Thanks Hotel CIQ for making our stay a pleasant one. Will come back again! !

JBCentralまでのアクセスがよく非常に便利だった。绮丽で清洁感もあっていい。隣のインド料理レストランみあってよかった。

Hotel is near to City Sq on the other side of the road. Need to walk through building to reach the other side. Room without tissue and hair dryer. Very simple layout.

Kemudahan amat berdekatan..kawasan tengah bandar johor..hanya parking susah dapat..kawasan sibuk di waktu siang..

駅からも近くとても便利な立地でした。隣には、小さな商店もあり、ビールや水を买うことができます。タクシーも迷うことなく、到着しました。

酒店位置很好，就在JB关口附近，前面就是柔佛古庙及陈旭年文化街，酒店有水机加水，但要收RM100元按金。
