By far our favorite accommodations in South Africa. While having the feel of the countryside, you are surrounded by top class service and accommodations. The staff went out of their way to provide impeccable service. Very lovely resort.

?????????? We hosted our Wealth Weekend at Knysna Hollow twice this year (the venue is that good!), and Danie & his team were absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to accommodate our specific needs — from group logistics to personal requests. The accommodation was excellent, the lunches and catering were outstanding, and every part of the experience was handled with professionalism and care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the entire team made us feel completely supported throughout the event. If you’re planning a group retreat, conference, or special gathering, I couldn’t recommend Knysna Hollow more highly. Danie and his team turned our event into a seamless, memorable success, and we’ll definitely be back.

On our trip to South Africa we spent 2 nights in this very nice hotel. The service, dinner and breakfast was very good, we also liked the room. When we come back to South Africa we will stay here again. Knysna is always worth a stay, we joined a whale watching tour which was amazing. Also the restaurants at the waterfront are very nice

We verbleven hier 3 nachten tijdens onze rondtrip doorheen de West- en Oostkaap. Heerlijke verblijfplaats: zeer ruime kamer mét balkon die ervoor zorgen dat je rustig buiten kan zitten en daarna een rustige nacht hebt. Prachtig onderhouden tuin (alleen jammer voor ons dat de 2 zwembaden nog te koud waren... het was dan ook winter). Het ontbijtbuffet voorziet alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben 2x in hotel gedineerd en ook dat was lekker, mede door de sympathieke en vlotte bediening. Niet twijfelen.

Beautiful cabins within well kept gardens. Pablo the cat is a real hit The staff were very friendly and helpful and there are two nice pools and a padel court. Bikes can be borrowed and you can easily cycle to Leisure and Thessen Islands where there are nice cafes and restaurants Definitely book this place for a peaceful stay along the garden route Breakfast was ok, but could be improved with more option eg. freshly made pancakes, omelettes

One of the highlights of our 12-day tour of South Africa was our 2-nights stay at this place. It truly lives up to is name of " country estate" as described by my favourite authors Agatha Christie and PG WodehouseAiry, well- appointed and spacious rooms/suites that all look on to a lovely central garden and pool area, each suite also having its little sit-out space where one could just laze over a cup of tea and watch the resident cat preening itself on the walkway. The backdrop provided by the green hills behind just enhances the picturesque quality of the surroundings... Holidays are indeed made of this

Wir hatten ein wundersch?nes, lichtdurchflutetes, ger?umiges Zimmer mit Terrasse und Pool direkt davor. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Gutes Frühstück in einem sch?nen Restaurant mit Blick auf den Hotelgarten. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen!

This is a lovely hotel about 5 minutes drive from the centre of Knysna. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed. The resort is quiet and relaxing with very friendly staff. There are outdoor swimming pools and a lovely bar area with a good choice of drinks. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice!
