Guest：The room was fine, not great; the staff were fine, not great. The pool was fine, not great. Overall the stay and experience were fine, not great. Everything is an extra fee, early checkin, late check in, and parking all extra fees. I would not stay here again, did not think it was a great value. I much prefer other hotels farther south on coast highway.: 2026-01-01

Guest：Room was nice and clean, staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the location was also great, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The reason I'm removing one star is because the walls are very thin - we could hear people upstairs walking as well as people talking in the hallway. The price point was also a bit expensive for a simple boutique hotel.: 2025-12-01

Guest：Laguna Beach House: The Pros: LBH is centrally located near the beautiful beach walkway and Laguna Beach and shops. The hotel is in a U shape around the small pool and jacuzzi. The staff are nice and offer wine at 5, cookies at 6, and start a gas fire at 5. The cons: 55 dollar parking fee, 35 dollar fee for pool etc; noise level is pretty high and it's pricey (think at least 400 or more with tax).: 2025-12-01
