St. Regis Mardavall is, without question, one of the finest resorts in Mallorca. The location alone sets it apart—right next to Portals, perfectly placed for both convenience and tranquillity. The property itself is stunning, with spectacular grounds that feel both expansive and intimate, and a front-line position that delivers uninterrupted sea views from every angle. The spa is on an entirely different level—world-class, beautifully designed, and offering treatments that leave you restored in every sense. But the real highlight? The team. Without a doubt, they are the soul of this hotel. From the moment you arrive at the front door to the smallest interactions in every corner of the property, the staff elevate the entire experience. Warm, genuine, and consistently exceptional—they make this hotel what it truly is. A spectacular stay in every way. Highly recommended.

Das St. Regis bietet eine wunderbare uns sehr gepflegte Pool- und Gartenanlage. Der Fitness- und Wellnessbereich überzeugen auch sehr. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ger?umig und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Es fehlt an nichts und das Geb?ude ist sehr mond?n und wunderbar, wirklich beeindrucken vor allem auch der Lobby - Bereich und die wunderbare Aussentreppe, welche sich zum Garten und Meer hin wunderbar ?ffnet. Auch das Essen und viele der Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider hat das Personal oft etwas gewechselt und nicht alle waren auf dem Top-Niveau, und die Baustelle gleich daneben war auch etwas st?rend

Our stay at the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome at every step. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and offer the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant architecture and beautifully kept gardens that create a truly special atmosphere. It was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Wow! What an amazing resort the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca is! A majestic grand lady with beautiful grounds, great rooms, romantic fabulous dining options and most importantly a top tier staff, always eager to take care of you. Every single person we encountered from housekeeping,dining, bell hops, reception and concierge desk couldn’t have tried harder to make us feel welcome. They were great at anticipating our every need.A special thanks to Marguerite, Jose, Christine and Alecia. The other plus about the St Regis is its optimum location on the island. Being there you feel secluded in a beautiful paradise, but are a short taxi ride to Palma and a delightful scenic ride to Deia, Valldemossa and Banyalbafur. We have been to 64 countries, 47 states and this is one of the most beautiful,places we have been, as well as a great hotel! A heartfelt thanks!

We had a fabulous stay. Upon arrival, our excellent and attentive butler Chris ( I think Christina) made sure we were happy with our room, which was excellent thanks to an upgrade. Some reviews have said that the decor is a bit dated, but frankly, who cares. There's an abundance of local art around the hotel that might have been acquired around a decade ago, which I enjoyed, so perhaps I am dated as well. Our room had its own pool with swim jets a real espresso machine, a jacuzzi tub, radiant heated marble flooring in the bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed and automatic shades over our private lounge/ pool area, so I was willing to put up with some cherry wood cabinets. Breakfast was excellent and would have been included for us as Platinum members, but it seemed as if it was included for everyone. Service in the restaurants and at the pool was top-notch. The Michelin Star restaurant Fum was as good as you'd expect, and Tera was very decent, but we didn't get a chance to eat in Mar. Although I believe the hotel was fairly booked, the pools never felt crowded and I had the well appointed health club as well as one of the best thermal spas I've seen in a hotel practically to myself ( kids are not allowed in that area which was fine by me even though I have them). Perhaps, best of all, was the kids' club. My children 8 and 11 basically spent their entire stay and the kids club by choice. Naomi, Delita, and Marta were lovely with my children the entire time and really made their stay a pleasure. They even included a healthy kids' lunch buffet at no cost, and the kids club folks sat with our children while they ate. There is a complimentary "shuttle" into the nearby towns, which is actually a brand new electric BMW sedan. There are a few very secluded small pebbly beaches behind the hotel. There were several party boats and small yachts mored there, and the hotel has a speed boat to get to and from the boats and other docs in the area. Shout out to Adriana, who gave my son and I a fun little boat ride. Enjoy, we did!

Ottima struttura con grande giardino e con piscine. Le stanze erano belle e ampie, e venivano sistemate più volte al giorno. Grande giardino esterno per fare colazione che offriva scelta di cucina internazionale e tipica. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
