The elevator was out of order, which was frustrating, going up and down from the 3rd floor with luggage. But to be fair, the manager Lesell was sympathetic and understating, offering assistance, and we felt well looked after. We would come here again
We were allocated a top floor apartment and as we walked from the lift to the front door we were sweating! The apartment had no air conditioning and all the windows would only open a minimal amount. Portable fans were supplied but all they did was to re-distribute warm air! For a place to stay in Manchester for 2 days for our daughter's graduation it was the wrong choice! Do not stay here unless it is freezing outside!
