Street parking in any capital city is always a challenge, that's why we offer private parking facilities to our guests, but you need to book early since, spaces are limited. As for the bathroom doors and privacy issue; interior design does not always follow mainstream logic; I will certainly pass-on your comment. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely regret that you did not enjoy your stay with us at Moss Hotel. Having chosen to reserve an interior POD room for your two-night stay, the interior design of each of our POD rooms with the King bedding is almost identical to one another, the difference lies in the internal view on offer from the glass wall or window. The view depends on the level on which your allocated room has been reserved. Some of our POD rooms look out onto the sandstone Heritage walls and others, located on the lower levels, offer views of the hanging indoor garden. Our Host on duty at the time of your check-in had offered you an alternative room in response to your comments. However, you declined our offer, deciding to remain in the original room allocated to you. We would have been more than happy to transfer you to an alternative POD room. Our main objective at Moss Hotel is to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience during their stay with us. We regret that you did not give us the opportunity to match your expectations during your stay and hope that you will give Moss Hotel the chance to do so in the future.
