Guest：We really enjoyed staying here - to be clear, this is not part of a hotel - it is 4 rooms on a street, so there are no facilities other than the room. That said, it is in an amazing location and we were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see - the furthest being the Colosseum which was a 30 minute walk. The Vatican is 15 mins, Forum 25 mins, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps 15 mins and the Pantheon 5 minutes. The rooms are located on a street where vehicles are not allowed, so it was quiet. Piaza Navona is 100m away and there are literally hundreds of restaurants (99% Italian) within a short distance - Trastevere area was a 25 minute walk and a great fun area full of more restaurants and bars (similar to the Sorbonne in Paris). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be taken at Santa Lucia restaurant across the street and was reasonably priced. Irene, who works at Nova Domizia, was brilliant - recommended places to eat and even arranged a free breakfast in a cafe for my wife's birthday. If you just want a place to sleep when in this stunning city, I can highly recommend Nova Domizia.

Guest：Lovely small hotel, 2nd floor of historical building. Good size rooms! BEST location ! 10-20 min walking from any main sight of Rome! Reception works only daily time, but self check in is easy and well explained in advance. Raffaella works on reception, is very friendly and always gives nice suggestions.

Guest：An older property beds weren’t super great but okay. Staff were very nice!

Guest：The location is excellent, and staff helpful. The condition of the property is mediocre - floor boards outside the bathroom were a hazard, bathroom door handle was broken, the exterior door hard to secure, and the bed was terrible. There was lots of noise upstairs when guests were active.
