Room was spotless, reception staff was so welcoming and friendly and funny. Was a good nights sleep in a well equiped room.

We stayed in the Eliza Romantic apartment. The room was outdated, pool and amenities were dirty on both days, no signs of any cleaning. The room was spacious, with new aircon, but in need of a new coat of paint and spa bath replaced. Location has a country feel and is close to Mornington shops

The staff were friendly. Got the room at a good price. There was a few bugs about and the room wasnt the cleanest ive stayed in. Beds were comfortable. Interestingly, there isnt a door on the bathroom, but a shower curtain instead!

Clean up of the grounds, particularly in front of individual units would be a plus

Overall intially I thought the room and amenities were appropriate for the price, I was in room number 4. When I first pulled in I saw the front fountain was still standing water, this area does get mosquitos, I didn't think too much about it considering I was going to be in a nice warm room free from the elements.... WRONG the front door has so many gaps you can feel a breeze around the entire perimeter. I thought that's not so bad, it's whatever. Until I'm watching tv and a mosquito flies by my vision, I smack it and it had already bit me. I later found 2 more with the same situation. They were coming through the gap in the door or through the AC system or the bathroom exhaust vent. Either way, I absolutely hate mosquitos. And paying any sort of lodging fee I'd expect to be out of the elements and away from pests of any kind. I don't usually pay money to get eaten alive. Thank god it's only 1 night, I won't be coming back I don't think, ever again if I can avoid it. Overall terrible experience. Worse than a tent I was in just days ago.

The bed was comfy. The shower was hot.
But, I had to go to the office to get the air conditioner heating fixed. I had no extra blankets and no coat hangers or an ironing board. But the room next door did have all those things

Family Visit
Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps.

Property owner/manager was really helpful when we had a delay & had to check in late. Highly recommended for a comfortable quiet stay.

Spacious room, clean but it’s very old.

Very conveniently located between Frankston and Mornington, the two places where I had to go.
The room smelled stuffy and smoke from outside had probably entered the room.
No ironing board or hangers were provided.
