Super friendly and helpful staff. The property has lots of entertainment options and is walkable to a few different restaurant options.
Lovely location with easy bus access to Brunnen.
The property is located in a beautiful area, surrounding the alps. But We had issues with how it was presented on *******, it is advertised as a resort, but when we got there, they put us in what they called as a holiday home. No towels/ toiletries were provided, we had to find a store to buy some toiletries. we had to clean the room and take out trash before we left. I don’t have any problem doing these things, but then don’t call it a resort. The pool is not located in the same building as the rooms and is not very easy to get it, we didn’t get to use it at all.
The on site restaurant Siam had really good Thai food.
Was not very impressed by this property. They charge you to rent towels andthey don’t even make the beds. The restaurant charges for tapwater. They just don’t treat you like a guest and it’s very inconvenient and annoying to be nickel and dime for every little thing.
The pool was overly packed with people.
The location is gorgeous and kids loved the playground
