Globalement bien, mais de nombreux details viennet gacher le sejour.
Odeur dans la chambre, lampe casse interrupteurs defectueux bruit electrique, odeur de la piscine mauvaise, salle de bain pas hermetique bcp d'eau partout....
Rien de grave mais pas forcément admissible pour ce type d'établissement

Late check in despite being sat in lobby from lunch time, offered later check out of 1pm and two glasses of Prosecco to compensate.
Shower not working, no hot water, staff willing to fix and attended room quickly once notified but should basic items like this not be inspected before hand!

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Would book again if coming back to Limerick.

酒店坐落在市中心，同一個樓旁邊下面餐廳很棒，餐食也很好，我們住的是套房可是首先窗子靠路邊，車來車往很吵，另外房間是CONNECTING ROOM門不隔音旁邊房間細小聲音都傳過來，另外門隔音也不好！

We were given a room with a broken air condition. They did send someone to try and fix it but that did not work. We asked to be moved to another room and after a long wait, we were moved to another room at 10:00 at night. The room we were moved to was not the same as the room we paid for. We had a king suite and we were moved to a room with double beds. We asked to be compensated by the management and said all they could do was give us a complimentary breakfast and parking. We asked to speak to a manager and that did not happen. We asked the manager to contact us, but that did not happen either.

This is a luxury hotel in downtown Limerick. The valet parking was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to a number of excellent restaurants as well as take a walk along the river. The staff was helpful and informative. The room was modern, quiet, and comfortable as well as very clean.

5star-I think not!! Limerick has far better hotels that this one i.e. The Strand Hotel across the water.
Mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the room was beautiful and found some parts of the dining experience in the Hamptons enjoyable, like the starter- bang bang chicken and sticky toffee dessert. However, the main course- steak and cod mornay did not meet our expectations, nor did the breakfast the following morning especially considering its a five-star hotel. They lacked seasoning and flavour.
So many issues with the spa, for example the lack of staff and unpleasant smell- mould. We were all set for a nice relaxing time in the spa but turned on our heels. Disappointing stay!!

They don't have a carpark, you use the Q-park across street above Dunnes, and pay at a special rate of 12/per 24 hour at reception when check out.

Amazing stay at the executive room. Great service from the staff and room is clean. Very near restaurants too.
