This is my third stay at The Savoy. The rooms are clean. The location is great. Close to everything.

We did not have heat in the room the a/c was stuck on so they brought up a portable heater
Unacceptable for a hotel that’s claiming to be 5 stars I would say more like 3 stars

Very bad smell in the room, smelled musty, was like the room hadnt been used in a long time or something.
Sounded like window was open with noise from the road outside but it was actually closed, very badly sealed window.

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We all would have liked to stay longer.

My experience from the beginning was not good. When I checked in I was made to wait for at least 5 minutes while the person checking in was scribbling on paper. I was not given clear direction by this person about the parking across the street and that they had to validate the ticket to receive the discounted pricing.
Upon arrival to our room the toilet was still quite dirty and we had to ask the concierge to have someone come up to complete the cleaning. The bathroom was dusty and not as clean as it should have been.
The food and service in the restaurant/bar was very good.

Positioned well in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants in Limerick, the hotel is landlocked mid block with an inconvenient front door, off site parking and a constrained check in area. But the rooms are clean, and the 7th floor executive lounge has free 24/7 snacks and coffee and soft drinks.

On our 3 week tour of Ireland, the Savoy was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Service was excellent, large modern clean rooms and bathroom was very impressive. Parking was across the street in a car park that was large and easy to access. Front Desk were very helpful with all of our stay and food in the restaurants was markedly price and very good.

Globalement bien, mais de nombreux details viennet gacher le sejour.
Odeur dans la chambre, lampe casse interrupteurs defectueux bruit electrique, odeur de la piscine mauvaise, salle de bain pas hermetique bcp d'eau partout....
Rien de grave mais pas forcément admissible pour ce type d'établissement

Late check in despite being sat in lobby from lunch time, offered later check out of 1pm and two glasses of Prosecco to compensate.
Shower not working, no hot water, staff willing to fix and attended room quickly once notified but should basic items like this not be inspected before hand!

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Would book again if coming back to Limerick.
