We stayed in the Chalet owned by the hotel for NY week. We were a party of 11, and for comfortably in the chalet. It was clean, with everything we needed, very warm, and the location is unbeatable. We were right in the centre and 4 mins walk from both Super M and Pleney Lift, and the bus stop for Prodains etc was one min from front door. The hotel was our point of contact and they were efficient and friendly and answered all our questions very quickly. We ordered a breakfast for the first day which was delivered for 8am, and was a welcome treat for us having arrived late the night before. We sorted our luggage easily the day we left and had a lovely day out in Montroid before coming back to collect luggage. We also loved the hotel itself for drinks, the staff were all lovely and we had gorgeous cocktails! Thank you Sophia and staff

We have recently returned from a short family holiday staying at Hotel Le Samoyede in Morzine, and it was absolutely exceptional. We visited as a group of 7, including 2 young children of 5 and 2.5 yo and our entire experience of the hotel and its staff has been amazing from start to finish. All of the staff, have been incredible - warm and friendly and highly professional and skilled in what they do. Unfortunately our luggage was lost at the airport and within minutes they had rustled up some essentials for our first night, whilst we were seated for our first dinner. The food at the hotel is outstanding - almost Michelin star-level and it is clear the chefs are exceptional and care about what they do. They also offered to make the children anything they wanted each evening which was very thoughtful. A great selection of French wines too. They went above and beyond on my actual birthday, helping to decorate the table and making a bespoke home made cake for me! A stunning fresh traditional French crème patisserie cake. The atmosphere and decor throughout the hotel Is lovely, inviting and cosy; just what you want from a skiing chalet. Location is fab, right in the heart of Morzine and a 5 min walk to the gondola. We stayed in a mezzanine room which was lovey and spacious, well maintained by the cleaning team and had a great view! I also loved the small little spa and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. It’s great that there is also the Cafe Bistro attached should you want a more vibrant apres-ski experience. We enjoyed having the blend (and the olives are incredible!). Highly recommended and can’t wait to revisit! Thank you to you all for making my 40th celebration so memorable and joyful.

Easy access to the area's event places, restaurants and lifts. Service was great, rooms nice and clean breakfast was very good although a bit boring (same every day).

Nous sommes venus en été.Le rapport qualité prix excélent. L emplacement de l hotel est parfait malgré les animations sur la pace , les chambres sont trés bien isolée. Le personnel était trés souriant est accueillant. L hotel est trés propre.

Excellent h?tel,accueil remarquable,,propreté impeccable, très bon emplacement, le personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner super copieux, très bel espace détente avec jacuzzi. On reviendra et on recommande sans hésitations.

It's not often you stay somewhere which is better than the pictures. Firstly the staff are amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. The evening meal is simply delicious and the waiting staff such lovely friendly people while also being very professional. The wine list in the restaurant is extensive with price options to suit all and expert guidance from the waiting staff. The rooms are very comfortable, I had a single room which was cozy but laid out in a very practical way to make the most of the space. My friends had a double room which was a good size and also very comfortable, all the rooms seemed recently decorated / well maintained. The hotel is located about halfway between the two Gondolas that take you up to Morzine/Les Gets and Avoriaz, each only a short walk (~5 mins). It's in a really nice location in the middle of the town, right next to the town square which is surrounded by pleasant bars and restaurants. The hotel bar is also very nice where you can sit outside and watch the world go by. We had such an amazing stay with some great skiing too, I would highly recommend a visit to Morzine and to Hotel Le Samoyede. Thank you for making our holiday amazing!
