Hello Sara - Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the majority of our first floor rooms are actually on the second floor. There is an outside exit just 4 doors down the hall from your room with three steps to the parking lot and 100 steps to the pet relief area. We are so sorry you missed that.
Hi Kristie - Thank you for your comments and feedback. The mattress in that room is quite new, so we will make sure to take a good look at it. Our night team doesn't use carts, but whether it was luggage or other guest activity we will also look at the door seal on that door. Thank you for letting us know.
