Guest：主要吐槽一下该酒店的外卖只能送到前台，然后需要机器人送，机器人送的又很慢，外卖多的时候要等好久，而且外卖机器人到了房间门口我在房间里面无法确认到外卖到了门口，前台説外卖机器人到了后房间电话会响，不知道是我房间的坏了还是压根没有，每次都是等一会就去门口看一下，真的很影响体验，然后就是电梯每次都需要等不少时间，比较会耽误出行。其他环境衞生都可以，前台响应也比较及时。: 2025-11-01

Guest：我真的是服了，没住过这么差的桔子酒店，300多的衞生间特别小，房间空间很小基本无法走动，而且只有一个牀头柜，空调声音那么大隔音差，无法入睡！: 2025-12-01
