Guest：Fantastic rooms with a huge balcony with both tub. Very generous with the bottles of water and other amenities. Top notch service from beginning to end. I almost lost my passport in the Didi but the concierge checked and found it for me. The concierge named Bill was extremely friendly and helped us with the luggage. Despite the language barrier, he used translation on his phone to wish us a Happy New Year! The housekeeping staff were polite and offered us water as we were leaving.
